My 16 week Challenge – The Results! How Did I Do?

O.M.G I did it!

16 weeks of extreme effort is complete.

You might be wondering what the hell I'm on about.

Well, after a couple of years of work based on my own framework and having brilliant results, I decided to mix things up a bit!

16 weeks ago I decided to take my results to the NEXT level ... and wowzers did I do that!

Up until 16 weeks ago my results were pretty epic if I do say so myself.

I'd lost 4st in weight and 4 dress sizes using my own framework, devised through much trial and error (try it for yourself, it's FREE).

I'd done seriously well but had a hankering to progress ... to get stronger and leaner than I'd ever been.

I enlisted the help of Sean Barber, a fitness trainer who happens to be a top placed winning body builder and PCA PRO (his site)

This is him below ... so you just know I was in good hands!!

Under his guidance I've built strength, lost fat and gained physical appearance results like never before.

It has been beneficial in so many ways, not least by expanding my learning which ultimately will help you ladies as we go forward.

My key takeaways from this experience are:

1) I am WAY more capable than I imagined - I was pushing 200kg on my legs by the end of 16 weeks. Something that seemed impossible at the start.

2) ALL it takes is a positive decision, grit and consistency to keep it going to a point where it just becomes natural and happens on auto.

3) You NEED a coach / mentor no matter how far up the success tree you (think you) are. That goes for anything in life. It's kept me accountable and able to progress day after day, learning all the time.

4) Oh ... and lifting weights does NOT make women look like Arnie or less feminine [or whatever other stereotypes come to mind].

I can honestly say I've enjoyed pushing myself so much that I've decided to take a week off then go again!

This time working on further lean results and getting the appearance I really want. Nearly there, just a bit to go.

Don't be under any illusion, sacrifice is required and it is not easy, but if this is your 'thing' then it is totally worth it.
