


Hey ladies, hope you're all well and enjoying your journey so far?
Just checking in as month 2 for me is now complete.
I think I'm starting to see a difference, especially around my belly, what do you think?
Not gonna lie, this has been a difficult month ... I REALLY struggled around my period , but I found that referring back to my goals and looking at my fridge tracker daily has powered me through.
Oh, and so has prepping easy meals!
I also discovered that it's quite ok to have a treat during this time too, which has been wonderful if I'm honest.
Don't deprive yourselves ladies, it's so important to enjoy this journey and NOT see this as a diet!
On another subject, I'm thinking about documenting all of my findings and writing them into a book. Would that be interesting to anybody?
