Wowzers, what a month. No idea how much I weigh, but I am starting to feel clothes getting a smidge looser ... I think.

Apart from the physical side, I feel like a NEW woman, seriously. I can't believe what a difference this is making to my life so early on.

My skins tons clearer. I'm wayyy less tired, a lot less irritable and loads less bloated too.

I actually think my research is paying off, I'm losing the bulk and feeling great ... even my kids are noticing the benefit in terms of me being a more active mum, but also their own diets are so full of goodness now.
