I'm flying now!

I've discovered that I quite like lifting weights, soooo I've invested in some dumbells and am doing structured training and eating lean to gain strength and definition.

This could get interesting!

Keep hearing stuff like "you're going to look like a wrestler" etc, which apart from being a bit mean is totally inaccurate.

Unless I'm taking male hormone (testosterone) or really, realy going to town on this process there's absolutely no way I'm going to end up looking like Arnie! It's a myth.
