Ho-lea-sh*t ... I hadn't realised how far I've come in only 3 months!

I don't know if you can see but I'm melting fat away from around my belly?

The BEST thing is that I'm finding this super easy now that I'm in the habit and eating foods I actually LIKE. NO diet previously has ever kept me this engaged.

I've also started exercising too. I really enjoy it and although it's hard to fit in I ALWAYS feel amazing afterwards with a sense of achievement thrown in too.

It doesn't take long actually, about 45 minutes of focused exercise at home whilst the kids are doing their thing.

Thanks for all your feedback on the book btw, it's coming along brilliantly! Can't wait to share it with you ladies xx
